Application:
You can
complete the application online using the
Apply Page or print a paper copy from this page. Please answer
all questions to the best of your ability. If a question doesn’t
apply to you or you’re unsure of the answer, simply leave it blank
and reach out to our leasing team for guidance. Every household
member aged 18 or older must sign the application and meet with a
leasing team member to determine if any additional forms are
required.

Student Self Certification:
The Student Self-Certification form must be completed for every household, even if there are no students.
- If there are no students in the household, or if at least one member is not a student for at least five months of the current and/or upcoming year, mark A on the form.
- If all household members are students, but at least one attends part-time, mark B.
- If all household members are full-time students, mark C and answer the five additional questions that follow.

Asset Self Certification:
The Asset
Self-Certification Form is intended for households whose combined
assets total less than $51,600. Please ensure that the amounts
provided correspond with those listed on your application. The term
“annual income,” as used in this form, refers exclusively to the
interest earned on cash balances and not to total household income.
If the exact amount of interest is unknown, you may indicate the
applicable interest rate, and the leasing staff will calculate the
corresponding figure.

Items to bring with you to your appointment:
- Please provide the last four consecutive pay stubs for all employed household members. If pay stubs are not available, submit the contact information for your employer so that employment can be verified.
- If any household member receives Social Security, SSI, or VA benefits, a copy of the most recent award letter for the current or upcoming year must be provided.
- Additionally, please submit photo identification for all adult household members, Social Security cards or ITINs for all individuals who have one, and birth certificates for all minors residing in the household.
